Bowflex 310-Pound Rod Upgrade Review

I was very hesitant to spend the money and the upgrade for my Bowflex on recent product - including a couple of recent posts that what they have received was not what was listed.

I thought since Amazon takes care of their customers, I would order the money and risk.

I did this within 3 days after ordering, they arrived in perfect condition and exactly what is included - A set of 2 pounds 50 Power Rods. These are definitely 50 pounds of resistance (well, 50Bowflex pounds) not £ 30 as someone said.

The only diffence between the update and the original power bar 50 pounds on my Bowflex, the coating structure - these are rubber, but are smooth instead of the plot "grip" on the original auction. A note - the installation of this update requires the removal of power poles from the machine. Need help, the car was on it side is installed.

If you have a problem with the customerthe right product, seems to have solved. The only reason I'm not rating this 5 stars, is price. These things have been a bit ', you might think that Bowflex, reasonable price.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase and recommend this to any thinking about changing 210-310
