This is a great machine, but they are committed to using the. The machine alone will not give you results as ripped dudes and chicks you see in advertisements. You eat well and this heart to really see the full results. but if you like ... Oh my God! You can completely transform your body within a few months (six weeks takes discipline too far for the average person).
