I read the reviews before buying this watch. Most Read this watch is not good to use and difficult, which is not true in my opinion, or the reviewer was unlucky, or technically challenged. The clock worked fine for a couple of weeks. I had no problems with reading and understanding the manual and understanding the features of this watch has. It 's a good solid feel, good looking clock with a tape.

All functions work, if you have the volume control. L 'Adds calories and fat even when you scroll through the menu. I think a poster said, if you were to monitor your heart rate, the clock does not give you the calories or burn fat, they were wrong, just wear a belt.

This is my first pulse to see and I am sure that there are better. for the money and the possibility of this was and is a good deal.

The only drawback I found in another post he said, was the crystal seemsup to scratch easily. I ran into a door a few jams and so on, but I have a nick to 2 on the face, now I'm wearing for training. And 'good enough to wear all day if you choose but I'm not.
