I wanted a heart rate monitor, keep my heart rate in a target range during training, but I did not want to pay an inflated price. The Bowflex Hear Rate Monitor Watch is ideal for this. I fully agree with my training program on my heart rate and I'm getting a good cardiovascular workout. The clock is a bit 'thicker than a normal clock, but did not get in your way. If you have big wrists, this watch is not what you are looking for. My wrist is 7 "all day and barely fits.
